Hand in Hand Occupational Therapy is a private practice based in Midrand. We are dedicated to the well-being of our clients and strive to implement interventions that are occupation specific and achievable. Our therapists have over 10 years’ experience in assisting clients with physical and cognitive rehabilitation, returning to work, home and work adaptation, functional capacity evaluations, hand and upper limb injuries as well as Medico-legal assessments.
Hand in Hand Occupational Therapy strives to enable individuals to return to meaningful occupations by adapting the environment and restoring function.

WHAT IS OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
Occupational therapy helps people of all ages who have physical difficulties, mental health issues, problems with returning to work, we help determine a persons ability to perform their job after a stroke, head injury or traumatic accident which could cause cognitive or physical deficits.
OT assists people to regain independence in all areas of their lives.
